RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT #1 TO THE ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT FOR THE TOLEDO BLADE ELEMENTARY - RENOVATION PROJECT
Description
The number of portables being demolished, being left on site, and being moved to other school sites has been changed. This amendment provides for additional services for the design, construction administration and record documents for these changes. The funding of these additional services is being covered by utilizing unused balances from other contingent additional services, resulting in a no net additional cost for this amendment.
Recommendation
That Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated 10/21/2008 with TOTeMS Architecture, Inc. for the Toledo Blade Elementary School - Renovation project be ratified as presented.
